A story I originally wrote in high school, about a girl who sat a few rows before me who always seemed to have her back turned. Obviously, this version is extensively re-written; no one should have to read anything I wrote in high school, except maybe terrorists.

I'm not much of a science fiction guy, but I write sci-fi stories every now and then for two reasons: 1) the ideas come to me and I can't get them out of my head; and 2) science fiction is a great way to express some social commentary, while simultaneously creating an imaginative and interesting piece of fiction. Thanks to Static Movement for being the first to publish a sci-fi story by yours truly.
I formed this blog because I figured, as a writer who's actually get published on occasion, I should have a website. I am not much of a blogger, so don't expect this to become a constantly-updated page filled with insightful witticisms about my views on life, love, and the pursuit of debauchery. My intent is simply to have a page where anyone who cares (even if it's just me) can keep track of my work. And maybe I'll learn to love this; you never know. If I learned to love Chinese food, surely I can love blogging, as well.
